The picturesque cliffs of Moher in the west of Ireland have been recognized as the best place in the world for admiring sea views.

“The first thing that catches your eye on the Moher Rocks is the noise. The Atlantic Ocean doesn’t just lull gently here – it crashes, churns, and roars against the rocks below. Standing 702 feet above the water (about 214 meters), you can feel the wind blowing through your jacket as you gaze out at the vast expanse,” says Melissa Hutchins, an insurance expert at InsureandGo.
She notes that these rocks are more than 320 million years old and were formed by storms and waves.
“Take a walk along the coastal path and you’ll see the landscape change with every step. At one point, sunlight breaks through the clouds and turns the water silver. The next time, the fog rolls in, and everything around seems wonderfully wild, ” the expert adds.
